Watson took to twitter to ask her fans "Who here actually thinks I would do 50 Shades of Grey as a movie? Like really. For real. In real life." A short while later, she concluded, “Good. Well that's sorted then."

E! reports the tweets were in response to a rumor circulating online Friday that the 22-year-old was, indeed, set to star as Anastasia Steele in the forthcoming film.  The rumor was based on a report that hackers allegedly accessed a computer server of the German studio Constantin Film and stole a document that reportedly showed Watson was attached to the script.

Sources told E! that casting for the film has not yet begun.
